The US seeks to tear Yerevan and Baku away from the Russian Federation and spread its destructive influence, deputy director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Information and Press Department Andrey Nastasin said, Report informs.
“We are convinced that stability and security in the South Caucasus can and should be ensured by the countries of the region themselves within the framework of the regional responsibility principle. The imposition of recipes by Euro-Atlantists, which are far from understanding the specifics of the region, leads to the emergence of new dividing lines in the South Caucasus and will have devastating consequences not only for this region but also for general Eurasian security,” he said.
