Russian food safety agency allows three more Azerbaijani firms to export tomatoes, apples

As of December 17, the Rosselkhoznadzor (the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision) will allow the imports of tomatoes and apples from three Azerbaijani enterprises to Russia.

Report informs that the decision was made following the results of the phytosanitary monitoring of tomato and apple growing enterprises, carried out by the Azerbaijani competent department, as well as under the guarantees of the Food Security Agency of Azerbaijan.

According to the information, these are Green product LLC (Sabunchi district), TST Azerbaijan LLC (Surakhani district), Exotica LLC (Khatai district) enterprises.

As of today, 214 Azerbaijani enterprises,1 cooperative can export tomatoes, and 79 enterprises apples to Russia.
