"The grant will be attracted on a gratuitous, non-refundable basis to the state budget of Ukraine from USAID with the support of IBRD and IDA," Shmyhal wrote on Telegram.

According to him, the grant is the result of agreements reached by development partners because of Russia's war against Ukraine.

Shmyhal said that the funds would be used to cover the state budget for paying for medical services under the medical guarantees program.
