Azerbaijan Investment Company to invest in dried fruit production plant

Azerbaijan Investment Company OJSC under the Ministry of Economy and Balxurma LLC have signed an agreement on investing 4 million manats ($2.349 million) in a dried fruit production plant, Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov said, Report informs.

"As a result of investments, it is expected to increase the annual production capacity of the plant from 200 to 600 tons and create up to 100 new jobs," the minister said.
