Azerbaijani companies might set up joint ventures in Tajikistan

Azerbaijani Agriculture Minister Inam Karimov has met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan Rustam Soli, Report informs, citing the Tajik Foreign Ministry.

The focus of the meeting was the establishment of joint ventures of Azerbaijani companies in Tajikistan.

The officials exchanged views on cooperation for the development of joint projects, the organization of meetings of the two countries’ experts, the involvement of Azerbaijani companies in the establishment of joint ventures in Tajikistan.

The Azerbaijani minister and Tajik envoy discussed the upcoming meeting of the intergovernmental commission. They stressed the development of cooperation in economic, trade, transport and transit, investment, and agriculture.
