Deputy Minister: National libraries of Serbia, Azerbaijan to ink Memo

The national libraries of Serbia and Azerbaijan will sign a Memorandum of Understanding in October 2024, Azerbaijani Deputy Minister of Culture Farid Jafarov said at the 8th session of the Azerbaijan-Serbia Joint Intergovernmental Commission On Trade and Economic Cooperation held in Baku Thursday, Report informs.

“We expect the participation of the Serbian delegation at the Baku International Book Fair to be held in October of this year. We have included direct relations between cultural institutions in the project. There is a solid foundation for cooperation between the national libraries of Serbia and Azerbaijan. The Memorandum of Understanding between these two institutions is planned to be signed during the Baku International Book Fair,” Jafarov said.
