Mikayil Jabbarov: Economic slowdown will be less than expected

"This year, the economic downturn due to the coronavirus pandemic will be less than expected," Report quotes Azerbaijan's Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov, as saying.

"If in May-June of this year we expected an economic downturn of 4.5-4.7%, today this figure is already 3.5-3.7%. All these forecasts are directly related to whether there will be a second wave of the pandemic, and how it will affect society.
