Pakistani businessmen interested in investing in Azerbaijani industrial zones

Pakistan's ambassador to Azerbaijan Bilal Hayee got acquainted with Pirallahi Industrial Park, Report mentions, referring to the Ministry of Economy.

Director of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park LLC Elshad Nuriyev informed about the industrial parks and neighborhoods operating in Azerbaijan, the favorable conditions created for entrepreneurs, discount mechanisms, and services provided to residents. At present, four enterprises are registered as residents in the Industrial Park, 2 of which are already operating.

In total, residents invested 36.6 million manats in the Industrial Park, creating 120 jobs. In addition, residents plan to invest an additional 12 million manats in new projects.

Noting that Azerbaijan is a friendly and brotherly country for Pakistan, Ambassador Hayee stressed the importance of developing economic ties between the two countries. He added Pakistani businessmen are interested in investing in industrial zones established in Azerbaijan.
