COP29 official talks about catering services during conference

There are four kitchens operating in the venue where the COP29 conference is going to be held, Anar Zeynalov, the head of the Department of Catering, Cleaning and Waste Management for COP29, said in his statement to journalists, Report informs

According to Zeynalov, three of them are in the Blue zone and one is in the Green zone: "Some 56 new cafes and restaurants have been set up in the stadium area. More than 30 of them will have coffee shops and food outlets, as well as two large restaurants, one serving national cuisine and the other international cuisine."

He emphasized that cafes and restaurants are distributed across zones: "They are capable of serving more than 6,000 guests within an hour. Various country pavilions have already started taking orders through portal sales."
