Azerbaijan's Minister of Culture meets with Georgian PM

Azerbaijani Minister of Culture Anar Karimov, who is on an official visit to Georgia, met with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.

According to the local bureau of Report, the meeting focused on the discussion of the situation in the region.

Garibashvili thanked the Azerbaijani side for its resolute support for Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity. He also reaffirmed Georgia's support for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity.

The sides also touched upon the humanitarian agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia through Georgia.

The two countries also exchanged views on cultural cooperation.

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Georgia Faig Guliyev and Georgian Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports Tea Tsulukiani also attended the meeting.
