Center for Creativity put into operation in Shamakhi

On November 1, the Center for Creativity was put into operation in Shamakhi, as Report informs, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of the center, established with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
