Day of Azerbaijani Culture to be held in Lithuania

The Day of Azerbaijani Culture will be held in Lithuania on November 12, said Aliagha Mammadov, chairman of the Azeris community, Report informs.

The Day of Culture will be organized by the Azerbaijani community Azeris of the Klaipeda region together with the Lithuanian National Culture Centre and will be dedicated to the Day of Azerbaijan's Victory in the Second Karabakh War.

Within the event, a solemn procession of horsemen in national costumes, as well as community members and guests of the event in the center of Klaipeda, is planned. The guest will also have the opportunity to taste Azerbaijani dishes.

The Azerbaijani community Azeris has been operating in Lithuania for more than ten years, helping Azerbaijanis integrate into Lithuanian society.
