Diaspora Committee: Information about murder of Azerbaijani in Novosibirsk is false

The State Committee on Work with Diaspora of Azerbaijan has commented on reports about the murder of an Azerbaijani in the Russian city of Novosibirsk.

The Committee's press service told Report that the information did not reflect the truth.

" Some media outlets and social networks referring to the infoteka24 telegram channel spread video containing information about the murder of another Azerbaijani in Novosibirsk. We state that the disseminated information does not reflect the truth and is disinformation of the Armenian special services. Unfortunately, such baseless information is spread in Azerbaijan as well. The Infoteka24 telegram channel updated the news last night, noting that the incident took place in Kazakhstan. However, there is no exact information about the details of the incident.

"We ask the media to consider the sensitivity of the issue and not disseminate such information without referring to any official source. Additional information will be made public, "the State Committee said.
