The presentation ceremony of the documentary film "28", authored by journalist Khatira Sardargizi, was held in The Hague, the Netherlands,
Representatives of Azerbaijani diaspora organizations and locals attended the presentation, which took place at the De Vaillant Theater with the support of the State Committee on Work with the Diaspora and the European Azerbaijani Women's Union "Motherland."
Mayisa Aghamirzayeva, chairwoman of the European Azerbaijani Women's Union "Motherland," Azerbaijani Ambassador to the Netherlands Fikrat Akhundov, and the author of the film Khatira Sardargizi spoke at the event. They informed the guests about Azerbaijan and Shusha, the cultural capital of the country. The author talked about 28 years of craving for Shusha, the psychological and moral shocks of children in the First Karabakh War, the first visit of Azerbaijan's brave army under the leadership of victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev to Shusha, and the feelings she experienced when visiting her home in the city.
The ceremony continued with a concert by singer Gullu Muradova.
The next issue of the Dutch magazine "FOR YOU" will publish an article about the film "28" by Khatira Sardargizi and her lost childhood due to the occupation of Shusha.
