Arayik Harutyunyan detained by Azerbaijan's State Security Service

Employees of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan detained Arayik Harutyunyan, the former "leader" of the separatists in Karabakh.

According to the information obtained by Report, he is currently being brought to Baku.
