On March 28, Ali Asadov, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Fuat Oktay, the Vice President of the Republic of Türkiye, had a telephone conversation, Report informs, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the successful development of brotherly and friendly relations between the two countries in all fields.
They exchanged views on the progress of the works carried out within the framework of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on economic cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Türkiye.
At the same time, the sides discussed prospects of Azerbaijan-Türkiye mutually beneficial cooperation in various fields.
Oktay reported on the works and reconstruction measures taken to eliminate the consequences of the strong earthquake in the southeast of Türkiye.
