Azerbaijani PM instructs to prepare action plan over declaration of Shusha as cultural capital of Islamic world

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov ordered to prepare a plan of events related to the declaration of the city of Shusha as the cultural capital of the Islamic world, as reflected in the document signed by the prime minister on ensuring the implementation of the order of the President of Azerbaijan dated November 21, 2023 "On measures related to the declaration of the city of Shusha as the Cultural Capital of the Islamic World for 2024."

According to Report, at the 12th Conference of Ministers of Culture of the Islamic World, held on September 25, 2023 in the capital of Qatar, Doha, Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, was declared the "Cultural Capital of the Islamic World" for 2024.
