Refusal to use the Aghdam-Khankandi road can only be regarded as racism and discrimination, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev told journalists, Report informs.

According to him, this form of refusal from the road is only racism: "Azerbaijan intends to start the reintegration process by opening the roads. As an integral part of this reintegration process, Azerbaijan is ready to ensure the rights and security of Armenian residents living in Karabakh based on the Constitution of Azerbaijan and the international documents it supports."
