Ilham Aliyev appoints deputy special envoy for Aghdam, Fuzuli, Khojavand

Eldar Seyidov has been appointed as the deputy special representative of the Azerbaijani President in the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts, Report informs, citing the representative’s office.

Seyidov was a chief consultant at the special representative’s office until this appointment.
