Ombudsman briefs UK ambassador about Armenia's landmine terrorism against Azerbaijan

The Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of Azerbaijan, Sabina Aliyeva, met with Fergus Auld, the ambassador of the UK to Azerbaijan, Report informs.

During the meeting, the Ombudsman, Sabina Aliyeva, informed Fergus Auld about the landmine terrorism committed by Armenia on the territories of Azerbaijan during the occupation.

The Ombudsman, who also informed about a number of important international events hosted by Azerbaijan in recent years, exchanged views on possible cooperation perspectives within the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29), which will be hosted by Azerbaijan this year.
