Tural Ganjaliyev: Azerbaijani citizens, including those living in Karabakh will enjoy their rights according to constitution

All Azerbaijani citizens, including those living in the Karabakh region, shall continue enjoying all their human rights according to Azerbaijani Constitution, said Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan Tural Ganjaliyev, Report informs.

"Reintegration process will be successful. Azerbaijan is the sole guarantor of the security and well-being of all its citizens," he tweeted.
