Tree-planting campaign held in Aghali village on Victory Day

A tree-planting campaign was held in the yard of secondary school of the Aghali village of the Zangilan district on the occasion of November 8 - Victory Day.

According to Report's Karabakh bureau, the campaign was preceded by a meeting with the representatives of the district's intellectuals.

Vahid Hajiyev, the Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in Zangilan district, which is part of the East Zangazur economic district, spoke at the meeting. He stressed the importance of this meeting and events held on the second anniversary of Victory.

Then the teachers of the secondary school in the village of Aghali were presented with memorable gifts.

The event continued with tree planting in the school yard, where 100 different types of fruit trees were planted.
