Azerbaijan’s natural gas exports to Türkiye rose by 16% in September

Azerbaijan exported more than 8.462 billion cubic meters of natural gas to Türkiye in the first nine months of 2024, down by 1.7% year-on-year, Report informs, citing Türkiye's Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).

In September alone, Azerbaijan exported 1.035 billion cubic meters of natural gas to Türkiye, representing an increase of 16.52% compared to the corresponding period of 2023.

Thus, Azerbaijan ranked second among countries exporting natural gas to Türkiye in September, accounting for 30.65% of Türkiye’s total natural gas imports.
