Azerbaijan sets night and day electricity tariffs

At the next meeting of the Tariff (Price) Council held today, the decision "On regulation of tariffs for electricity in the country" dated November 28, 2016, was amended.

"Report" xəbər verir ki, dəyişikliyə əsasən, bundan sonra enerji təchizatı birbaşa 35 və 110 kV-luq xətlərlə həyata keçirilən, gün ərzində yük tələbatı stabil olan, istehsal məqsədləri üçün orta aylıq enerji istehlakı 5 milyon kVts-dan az olmayan məlumat mərkəzləri üçün elektrik enerjisinin 1 kVt/saat-nın qiyməti saat 08:00-dan 22:00-a qədər 7,3 qəpik, saat 22:00-dan 08:00-a qədər isə 3,5 qəpik müəyyən edilib.

According to the changes, the price of 1 kWh of electricity was set at 7.3 copecks from 08:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and at 3.5 copecks from 10:00 p.m., to 08:00 a.m., for data centers operating directly on 35 and 110 kV lines, with stable daily load demand, and average monthly energy consumption of not less than 5 million kWh.

The decision will enter into force tomorrow.

This decision does not apply to population subscribers.
