Today, Azerbaijan is able to provide energy to Armenians living in Karabakh, Deputy Energy Minister Elnur Soltanov said on the first day of the conference within the Baku Energy Week.
"If a decision is made, we can do it in a few hours. At present, Azerbaijani citizens benefit from the energy produced in the country," Soltanov noted.
The deputy minister added that the Armenians in Karabakh are the citizens of Azerbaijan, and they will use Azerbaijani gas and pay less than they currently pay.
