Employees of Energy Ministry attend international conference

Employees of the Ministry of Energy have joined an online scientific-technical conference on topical issues of chemical engineering, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, on December 24, Report states, citing the Ministry.

According to the report, a representative of the Ministry of Energy, Otel Huseynov, made a presentation at the second session of the conference. The speech entitled "Development stages of the petrochemical industry" included information about the history of the oil and petrochemical industry in our country and the existing enterprises. The lecturer noted that the petrochemical industry, being one of the main segments of the country's economy, played a unique role in shaping the path of long-term and sustainable development. In the end, the questions of the participants were answered.

The conference also featured presentations by academics and scientists from many well-known international universities.
