Japan and the European Union have signed a memo of cooperation in the sphere of hydrogen as part of the development of energy cooperation, EU Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson said on Twitter, according to Report.
"Historic day for EU-Japan energy partnership: we signed with Minister Nishimura a Memorandum of Cooperation on hydrogen," she tweeted.
Simson noted that this cooperation will boost innovation and help create a global market for this fuel of the future.
