SOCAR Energy Ukraine, the Ukrainian subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), has suspended the sale of premium fuels and gasoline at its filling stations since May 15.
Report informs, citing the Ukrainian media, The decision was made since the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine imposed a value-added limit on the average price of diesel fuel and gasoline.
Thus, state regulation of prices in the oil products market was applied.
According to SOCAR Energy Ukraine, the Azerbaijani company has suspended the sale of premium fuels NANO 95 and Diesel Nano Extra in Ukraine: "Considering the restrictions, the company has changed the prices of basic fuels from May 15."
Along with SOCAR, OKCO and WOG have also stopped selling premium fuels and gasoline.
