In June this year, Azerbaijan exported 33.18 million worth of crude oil to Ukraine, Report informs, citing Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the semi-annual report of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, in January-June 2021, Ukraine imported $207.42 million worth of crude oil from Azerbaijan.
In general, in the first half of this year, the value of Ukrainian crude oil imports was 21.5% less than 2020, and the total value of imports amounted to $207.81 million. During this period, Ukraine imported $0.39 million worth of crude oil from Lithuania.
Thus, Ukraine has imported crude oil from only two countries (99.8% falls on Azerbaijan) this year.
In January-June, crude oil imports to the country decreased by 267,820 tons (34.6%) and amounted to 505,690 tons compared to the same period in 2020.
In addition, during the reporting period, Ukraine transported 89,960 tons of crude oil ($27.13 million) to Romania. In January-June 2020, no crude oil was exported from Ukraine.
