Germany's Wintershall Dea is currently exploring the possibility of separating its international business from its activities in Russia, the Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of Wintershall Mario Mehren said during a teleconference, Report informs via TASS.
"We are also analyzing whether Wintershall Dea's international business can be legally separated from all Russian business," he said, adding that this is a fairly complex analysis.
Wintershall Dea estimates the value of non-current assets of the Russian segment of its business at about 2.6 billion euros at the end of the third quarter 2022, Paul Smith, CFO of the company, said.
