Amiraslanov: Share of non-oil, gas sector in Azerbaijan's GDP to exceed 70% next year

The share of the non-oil and gas sector in Azerbaijan's GDP is expected to increase from 68% to 71.3% by 2025, Azer Amiraslanov, chairman of the parliament's committee on economic policy, industry and entrepreneurship, said at today's plenary session of the parliament, Report informs.

He noted that next year's GDP per capita is projected at $7,412, which means maintaining and further strengthening Azerbaijan's position in the group of upper-middle-income countries.
