65 Swedish supporters set to cheer their team in Baku

A contingent of 65 passionate Swedish football fans is set to arrive in Baku, Azerbaijan, to support their national team in the upcoming UEFA Nations League match against the host nation.

According to Report, the highly anticipated encounter is scheduled to kick off at 8:00 PM on September 5th at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium.

Elnur Mammadli, the head of the press service of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), confirmed the expected arrival of the Swedish supporters.

In addition to the fans, a media delegation of 15 members, including cameramen, photographers, and journalists from Sweden, will be covering the match, Mammadli added.

The Swedish contingent will also include around 80 official representatives, comprising embassy staff, federation officials, and other dignitaries. The Swedish national team is expected to touch down in Baku in the evening, ahead of the crucial match.
