Ambassador: Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are locomotives of regional integration and communication

Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are locomotives of regional integration and communication, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Azerbaijan Alim Bayel said at the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan agricultural forum organized today at Kazakhstan's Embassy in Baku.

According to Report, the ambassador noted that in recent years, the dynamics of cooperation between the countries have significantly strengthened, and Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are strategic partners.

"Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are jointly developing major strategic projects that are important not only for the countries themselves but also for the entire region," the diplomat noted.

Bayel reminded that Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan recently created a bilateral investment fund of $300 million:

"Through this fund, we will participate in the implementation of the most interesting projects, not only in the territory of the two countries but also in third countries as well. In particular, we want this fund to support our small and medium-sized businesses."
