The Azerbaijani side was represented by Emil Safarov, head of the Consular Department of the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Azerbaijan, while the Colombian side was represented by Patricia Cortes Ortiz, Director for Europe at the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Colombia.
