Rahman Mustafayev, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Russia, is set to present his credentials to Russian President Vladimir Putin on November 5, Report informs, citing Kremlin.

The ceremony, which will take place in the Alexander Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace, is expected to see President Putin receive credentials from 27 other diplomats as well.
