Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia Polad Bulbuloglu ordered all the responsible employees to stay at the diplomatic mission in connection with the terrorist attack that took place in Crocus City Hall in Moscow on March 22.

According to the Russian bureau of Report, the embassy said they received no appeals so far:

“Immediately after the initial reports of casualties in the terrorist attack emerged, the embassy closely followed all new data. Initially mentioned Sevinj Rustamova’s name was absent in later records. Nonetheless, the updated casualty list mentions an individual from Azerbaijan, likely holding Russian citizenship, born in 1983.”

It was noted that the embassy is actively taking all required steps to clarify where the remains of the victim are kept and to notify the deceased’s family and friends.
