Azerbaijani PM meets with labor minister of Türkiye

Azerbaijan's Prime Minister Ali Asadov met with the Labor and Social Protection Minister of Türkiye, Vedat Isıkhan, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan told Report.

At the meeting, it was noted with satisfaction that Azerbaijan- Türkiye friendly and fraternal relations are developing successfully in all areas.

The importance of the 11th meeting of the Joint Standing Commission on cooperation in the labor and social protection sector between the two countries held in Baku was emphasized.

Azerbaijan's state policy in the field of labor and employment, and successive social reforms carried out in the country were reported.

During the post-war period, social support measures for the families of martyrs and veterans, including the improvement of their living conditions and medical and social rehabilitation, were discussed. Gratitude was expressed to Türkiye for the support given in the treatment of veterans.

At the meeting, views were exchanged on the development prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye in the field of labor, employment, and social protection.
