Azerbaijani President informs participants of OTS summit about Armenia’s provocations

Although two years have passed since the end of the second Karabakh war, Armenia continues its military provocations on the border, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said speaking at the 9th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on November 11, Report informs.

"In September, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan had to launch a decisive counter-offensive operation to prevent the military provocation of Armenia. Armenia is trying to mislead the world public opinon by unjustly accusing Azerbaijan of militay aggression. We categorically deny these allegations. We fought in our territories, defeated the Armenian army, and expelled them from our ancestral lands," the President stressed.
