Baku is famous for its beauty and people, says Tbilisi Mayor

“I often visited Baku before, when I was a minister. Baku is famous for its architecture,” Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze told reporters during his Baku visit on Tuesday, Report informs.

Kaladze noted that his country attaches particular importance to relations with Azerbaijan. He thanked Baku for hospitality and stressed that his visit would play a specific role in strengthening ties between Baku and Tbilisi.

The Tbilisi Mayor expressed his admiration for the beauty of Baku and highly appreciated the extensive landscaping and construction work carried out in the city.

“Baku is a very clean city, it is also distinguished by its beauty and people,” Kaladze said.
