Bayramov comments on illegal visit of French presidential candidate to Khankandi

Anyone who disrespects the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan is included in the "black list" of Azerbaijan, said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, Report informs.

Commenting on the visit of Republican presidential nominee Valérie Pécresse to the Azerbaijani city of Khankandi, which is under the temporary control of Russian peacekeepers, the minister said it was part of the political process in France: "However, we must understand that this is an internal issue of French policy."

According to the minister, those who traveled with the French presidential candidate were also included in the list of people declared personae non gratae in Azerbaijan.

On December 22, Valérie Pécresse, President of the Regional Council of Ile-de-France and a presidential candidate from the Republican Party, illegally visited the city of Khankandi of the Azerbaijani Republic. For this reason, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry sent a note to France.
