The Investigative Committee of Belarus intends to strengthen cooperation with the Azerbaijani side, Chairman of the Investigative Committee Dmitry Gora told journalists, Report informs.
“The purpose of our visit is to strengthen and improve the already established relations between the General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan and the Investigative Committee of Belarus, to continue our work on practice,” Gora said.
He noted that Belarus is ready to adopt and share its experience with the General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan.
He reminded that a memorandum of cooperation was signed in Baku on November 16 between the Scientific and Educational Center of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Azerbaijan and the Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
“This memorandum is for the most part a statement of intent, but during the visit, specific areas of scientific activity, primarily educational one, were also worked out,” Gora said.
