Hikmat Hajiyev: If Armenian residents of Garabagh need any supplies, Aghdam-Khankandi road is fully operational

If the Armenian residents of Garabagh need any supplies, this road is operational, he said.

According to him, the intention here is to create political manipulation in the international community against Azerbaijan and even to take this issue to the UN Security Council and other organizations.

But Azerbaijan has substantial arguments against these claims, Hikmat Hajiyev said.
