Hikmet Hajiyev, Kazakh Vice Minister discuss cooperation issues

Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of Kazakhstan Askhat Oralov met with Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration.

Report informs, citing the Kazakh Embassy in Azerbaijan, that the sides discussed media cooperation issues between the two countries.

Oralov spoke in detail about the Media Center's work in Nur-Sultan, the launch of a new TV channel Turkistan, and other projects in this area. The sides stressed the importance of international cooperation in getting acquainted with the history, culture, and modern life of the Turkic states.

The meeting was held as part of a conference of heads of government agencies in the field of information and media of the Turkic Council member states.
