Ilgar Mukhtarov appointed Azerbaijan's ambassador to Holy See

Ilgar Yusif Mukhtarov has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Holy See.

According to Report, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree in this regard.
