The second Karabakh war has radically changed the situation, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said speaking during the video-conference discussions of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center "South Caucasus: Prospects for Regional Development and Cooperation."
Report informs that, opening the event, the president thanked the Nizami Ganjavi International Center for organizing the discussions on such a topic, saying radical changes have taken place in the South Caucasus and the new situation needs new approaches.
He said the second Karabakh war radically changed the situation.
"Azerbaijan openly declared its position that we won't cooperate with Armenia until the territories are liberated, and I think that Armenia itself has now understood that they made a very big mistake because they lost time," the President of Azerbaijan said.
