Meeting with veterans of Patriotic War held at Azerbaijani Embassy in Türkiye

A meeting was held at the Embassy of Azerbaijan with a group of Azerbaijani veterans visiting Türkiye at the invitation of the Turkish War Veterans Association, Report informs.

The meeting was attended by the employees of the Military Attaché Office under the embassy, as well as representatives of the Turkish War Veterans Association. Counselor Eldar Aliyev and military attache, Colonel Mushfig Mammadov welcomed the guests and emphasized the heroism of the veterans in the 44-day Patriotic War and said that their bravery is an example for every Azerbaijani youth.

During the meeting, the great attention paid by the Azerbaijani state to veterans was discussed, and it was noted that many veterans received treatment in brotherly Türkiye.

At the meeting held in cordial conditions, the veterans voiced their opinions and expressed their satisfaction with the state's care and attention to them.
