"Today is the Republic Day of Turkiye, and we are proud to celebrate our national holiday in Karabakh," Salahaddin Eyyuboglu, a member of the Turkish Travelers' Club Association, told Report.
"We should always be together to convey our right voice to the world community, and as brotherly peoples, we should not withhold our support from each other. We visited the territories liberated from occupation with great desire and joy. But unfortunately, we saw the atrocities committed by the Armenians here, which deeply saddened us. Armenians did not leave a safe building for 30 years, and during the 44-day war, they could not resist the Azerbaijani soldiers and ran away," he said.
The club member emphasized that Armenians committed atrocities not only in Karabakh but also in Turkiye and inflicted great suffering and torture on Turks: "Even today, mass graves of people brutally murdered by Armenians are found in Turkish lands. The West and the countries that patronize them do not see these atrocities. Because many Western circles and international organizations have become toys of the Armenian lobby."
Eyyuboglu said that the great Turkish people stand behind Azerbaijan: "We will overcome all difficulties together with our brothers. Justice will be restored sooner or later, and Armenians will have to answer for the atrocities they committed."
