The Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan has strongly rejected the the groundless accusations voiced by French President Macron against Azerbaijan, Report informs, citing the ministry.
"French President Emmanuel Macron's views directed against Azerbaijan in his interview, aimed mainly at the domestic audience, completely one-sided and openly defending Armenia, are unacceptable. We strongly reject Macron's baseless accusations against Azerbaijan," the ministry said.
The ministry emphasized that Macron is the head of state who has not said a single word about the Armenian occupation of Azerbaijan's territories for nearly 30 years, its illegal activities in these lands, the gross violation of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and the rights of hundreds of thousands of Azerbaijanis.
