Minister: Bosnia and Herzegovina to co-op with Azerbaijan in fight against natural disasters

The signing of an agreement with Azerbaijan on combating natural disasters is very important for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Nenad Nesic said at a meeting with Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Kamaladdin Heydarov in Baku, Report informs.

“This agreement creates new conditions for cooperation between countries in the field of security,” he added.

According to the minister, Bosnia and Herzegovina is located in a territory where natural disasters often occur: “Almost every year there are fires in the country. In this regard, security issues and emergency management are a priority issue for the country.”

Nenad Nesic noted that countries should help each other in case of emergency.
