MoU on promoting corporate sustainability in Azerbaijan signed

A memorandum of understanding on promoting corporate sustainability in Azerbaijan was signed in Baku between the UN, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Azerbaijani Economy Ministry and the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, Report informs.

The document was signed between UN Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan Vladanka Andreeva, Chairman of the Board of the Small and Medium Business Development Agency Orkhan Mammadov and Chairman of the Board of the Entrepreneurship Development Fund Osman Khaliyev.

The memorandum aims to achieve five national priorities for Azerbaijan’s socio-economic development: strengthening business in society, improving interaction between entrepreneurs and the state, creating strong business models in the post-pandemic period and expanding opportunities to enter foreign markets.
